200,000 years ago, mankind was originate on the earth. Humans face with many critical test from nature for the past to the present and the future. The important factor which enhacnce and maintain the survival of human is symbiosis, social. The dominant of Social system is Protect weakness with strength one. Person who has strength and leading the social decision is Leader.

The word, Leader for me is more deeper than head. Horizontal meaning is head of social such as community leader, Organization President, captainteam. Next, Vertical meaning which indicate the responsibility be  Prime minister, governer, family master. Also leaders are social member. All member have a same part, for example occupation, residental area, nationality.The different part is knowledge and experience which are a leadership property. Future Leader, role model which I want to be is Persons who full with both properties, ability such as education, talent, vision and the other, virtue. For future leader, virtue is an essential property as devotion, sacrified self benefit such as time, force and heart. And acknowledge, the common interest is more important than himself and themselves. The leadership virtue is call Dasavidha-rajadhamma (Dossapit rachathum). Leaders have present responsibility is lead the social to righteousness and future responsibility is role model for the next leader who is a present member, like me.

Everyone is future leader, Very Important person for social who make the social destiny. So, We should gain experience, knowledge ability and vitue, moral. For all of mankind, everywhere, every level, proceed with firm , continous and forever

 

คำว่าผู้นำ สำหรับตัวข้าพเจ้านั้น เป็นคำที่มีความหมายมากกว่าตำแหน่งหัวหน้า ความหมายเชิงระนาบนั้น คือผู้ที่เป็นหัวหน้าสังคม เช่น ผู้นำองค์กร ผู้นำชุมชน หรือแม้กระทั่งผู้นำของผองเพื่อน นอกจากนี้ยังมีความเชิงลึกซึ่งบ่งบอกถึงระดับความรับผิดชอบของผู้นำ เช่น นายกรัฐมนตรี ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัด และที่สำคัญคือผู้นำครอบครัว เป็นต้น ผู้นำนั้นจัดว่าเป็นสมาชิกคนหนึ่งของสังคม สมาชิกทุกคนจะมีทั้งส่วนที่เหมือน เช่น อาชีพ, เขตที่พักอาศัย, เชื้อชาติ และส่วนที่แตกต่าง ซึ่งเป็นคุณสมบัติของผู้ที่ได้รับการเรียกว่าผู้นำ นั่นคือความสามารถที่เกิดจากการเรียนรู้ และประสบการณ์ที่สั่งสมมา ผู้นำแห่งอนาคตที่ข้าพเจ้าต้องการจะเป็นนั้น ต้องเป็นผู้ที่เพียบพร้อมด้วยคุณสมบัติทั้งความสามารถ อันประกอบด้วย ความรู้ ทักษะ และวิสัยทัศน์ นอกจากนี้ยังต้องมีคุณสมบัติที่จำเป็นอย่างยิ่งของผู้นำแห่งอนาคต คือ คุณธรรม ซึ่งมีอยู่หลายข้อเช่น การอุทิศตน การเสียสละประโยชน์ส่วนตัวเพื่อสังคม ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเวลา แรงกาย แรงใจ รวมทั้งคิดถึงส่วนรวมก่อนตัวเองและพวกพ้อง เป็นต้น รวมเรียกว่าทศพิธราชธรรม ผู้นำนั้นนอกจะทำหน้าที่ในปัจจุบันคือนำพาสังคมไปสู่ทางที่ถูกต้องแล้ว ยังต้องทำหน้าที่ในอนาคตนั่นคือ เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีให้แก่ผู้นำรุ่นต่อไปแก่สมาชิกของสังคมซึ่งหนึ่งในนั้นคือตัวข้าพเจ้าเอง

 เราทุกคนคือผู้นำแห่งอนาคต บุคคลที่สำคัญยิ่งต่อสังคม ผู้ที่กำหนดชะตาของสังคม เราทุกคนจึงต้องสั่งสมประสบการณ์ ความรู้ ความสามารถ และพร้อมด้วยคุณธรรม จริยธรรม เพื่อให้สังคมของมนุษยชาติ ทุกแห่ง ทุกระดับชั้น ดำเนินไปอย่างหนักแน่น ต่อเนื่อง และ ตลอดไป
